Income

Dealers are paid a Day Rate (fixed) and Tips (variable). For this reason the income for a month can vary depending upon the number of days in the month and the amount of tips collected.

The Day Rate is calculated based on the Dealer experience and level (Dealer 2, Dealer 3 etc.) Day Rate is typically about USD 10 per day or more.

The Tips are variable by their nature however Carnival Corporation Casino Division does guarantee a minimum level of Tips over a month, again depending up experience and level of the Dealer. The guaranteed minimum is normally from USD 1,000 per month.

Minimum Income

Working on a 30-day month it is reasonable that a Dealer will get a minimum of USD 1,300 per month. Again this is minimum not a maximum.
